This is a limited, private 6 hour workshop that offers a deep look at dental insurance and its impact on business profitability—and unprofitability.

‍The variety of dental insurance plans has grown to a mind boggling level. Doctors are often uncertain if it makes strategic sense to be contracted with a particular plan and where insurance contracts demand discounts, downgrades, and disallows. An analysis can determine the wisdom and feasibility of a transition out of a plan. Once a determination is made, how a transition is executed is key; the methodology and strategy for implementation of a transition is critical for patient retention.This workshop will walk through the process of an effective insurance transition, share the hidden hazards to avoid and enable each participate to perform a practice analysis to assess risks and rewards in an insurance transition.
